Nestled along the Verde River, the RioVerde RV Park is located just one mile north of Cottonwood, Arizona and 15 minutes south of the breathtaking red rock mountains of Sedona.

We have 30 acres of beautifully landscaped property that includes numerous pine, cottonwood and juniper trees that encircle 68 comfortable and spacious RV sites. Choose from quiet serene river settings to sites located on higher terrain that overlook Cottonwood and its spectacular surroundings.

The small town of Cottonwood is a quiet community with convenient shopping, hotels and restaurants with a picturesque Historic Old Town that provides an authentic "old west" atmosphere. Mild winter temperatures and warm summers make anytime of the year the perfect time to visit.
