MONTHLY RATES
We are not a long-term stay park. During certain seasons
(i.e. summer and winter) we do offer 1, 2, or 3
month rentals with monthly pricing options.
Anything outside those months would be a nightly
or weekly rate and will be based upon park availability.

Cancellation Policy
All canceled reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Daily and weekly reservations can be canceled up to 48-hours prior to a scheduled arrival date and will be eligible for a full refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee. Daily and weekly reservations canceled outside of the 48-hour window will forfeit their entire deposit.
Monthly reservations can be canceled up to 30-days prior to a scheduled
arrival date and will be eligible for a full refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee. Monthly reservations canceled outside of the 30-day window will forfeit their entire deposit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for early departures.
Refunds are not issued for service disruptions, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond the personnel’s ability to control.
