Park Rules and Regulations
Rio Verde RV Park welcomes you and we hope you enjoy your stay! These rules and regulations are for the general comfort and safety of all of our guests, campsites, and visitors of our guests. Rio Verde RV Park may alter, change, and/or add to these rules for the good of the park and the health and safety of our guests.
GENERAL CONDUCT & RULES

Office Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Everyday)

Check-in: 1PM

Check-out: 11AM

Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM and no loud music is allowed here at the park.

We do not allow tent camping or car camping here at our park.

Guests (and any visitors of guests) must abide by the rules of conduct set forth by the law and drunk or disorderly conduct will NOT be tolerated here in the park.

Guests (and any visitors of guests) may not go into another guest’s site for any purpose, unless invited.
-
Do not litter! (this includes trash, pet waste, cigarette butts, etc.) Please use the designated dumpster (near the bathhouses) here in the park.

The speed limit throughout the entire park is 5MPH.
-
No weapons are to be carried on your person within the boundaries of this park.
-
No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted within the restrooms, laundry facilities, or office areas.
MAINTENANCE OF CAMPSITE/RV
-
RV’s must be 2014 or newer. Exceptions can possibly be made for well-maintained RVs – please call the park office for additional information.

Please always keep your campsite tidy and clutter free.
-
For safety purposes, all utility connections (including water hoses, electrical cords, and sewer hoses) must be in good condition with no leaks or exposed wires.
-
No clotheslines, hammocks, or tents are permitted.
VEHICLES
-
Only one vehicle is permitted per campsite. Any additional vehicle(s) can be parked in the designated overflow parking areas.

Vehicles will need to be parked within your campsite and away from the roadway.

No vehicle parking is allowed on the lawns, sidewalks, and/or concrete slabs.
-
No vehicle repairs (oil changing, dismantling, blocking, etc.) in the park.
-
No washing of RVs or vehicles in the park.
-
4-wheelers (ATVs or off-road dirt bikes) are allowed only if they are street legal.
PETS
-
Pet owners are responsible for pets at all times.
-
Pets (including cats) must be kept on a leash and always picked up after.
-
Pets are not allowed to be left unattended outside of the RV.
-
Tethering a pet to common area or at your campsite is not allowed.
-
Small temporary enclosures are allowed as long as the pet is not left unattended.
-
Pets can run in the off-leash pet area (down by the river) as long as the owner knows that they are responsible for controlling the pet.
CHILDREN AND HAZARDS

Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to play on the river paths or in the river without being accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the upper area of the park (on the hill) or on the roads in that area without being accompanied by a responsible adult.
FIRES
-
This park follows the fire guidelines put in place by Yavapai County.

Premium river (campsites 28-47) and pull-through (campsites A-D and 31) come equipped with a fire ring that can be used to burn fires.
-
Deluxe back-in (campsites 1-21) and premium pull-through (campsites 22-26) can use a SOLO stove or propane fire ring to burn fires.
-
Cigarette butts are not to be thrown on park grounds. Guests must bring/use an ashtray.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES/RESTROOM AND SHOWERS

Facilities are for park guests only.
-
Please leave these facilities in good condition.
-
Please remove your clothing from the washers/dryers as soon as the cycles are completed.
-
For security purposes, please close the doors tightly behind you when you leave.
**If you notice any problems with these facilities, please inform the office.**
MAIL/PACKAGES
-
Mail and/or packages can be delivered to the park.
-
Please include your full name and site number in the delivery address.
-

DAMAGES TO PARK PROPERTY
-
Any damage caused to park property, including but not limited to facilities, landscaping, and common areas, by a guest will result in the guest being held financially responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement, which will be charged to their account and may result in termination of their stay.
PRIVATE OWNED BUSINESSES

This is a private park and is not equipped or licensed to run businesses from the spaces. If you own your own business or act as an agent for someone else’s business, all contact with the clientele must be conducted at a location outside the park boundaries and the vehicles for that business are not to be kept in the park, unless authorized by management.
CANCELATION POLICIES

For all daily and weekly reservations, guests may cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund with the exception of a $25.00 cancelation fee. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will forfeit their entire deposit.

Monthly reservations will forfeit their deposit.

Rio Verde RV Park does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond the personnel’s ability to control.

Refunds are not issued for early departures.
TERMINATION

Rio Verde RV Park reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any reason which is deemed in the best interest of the park, its employees, and its guests or for no reason. Upon termination of this agreement, the tenant shall immediately vacate the premises. Failure to vacate the premises upon the termination of the agreement shall subject such persons to civil and criminal penalties as trespassers, As trespassers, you will be required to pay all costs incurred, including attorney fees, to have you removed from the premises. In addition, you may be subject to civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment, or both.
